SIXFEET WODs are provided to supplement your training. This is a drop-in workout you can use to shake things up or predicate specific goals. This WOD is built by SIXFEET affiliate ‘Bravo Bravo’.

30min continuous work:

2min treadmill run
X10 medicine ball pop up slams
X20 kettlebell swings
X10 landmine presses (5 each arm)
X10 box jumps
4min assault bike tabata
X10 landmine core twist
