X10 Kettlebell Deadlift to High Pull Row
X10 Slam Balls
X20 Russian Twist with Medicine Ball (10 per side)
X10 Supine Rows
X10 Kettlebell Pull Throughs (5 per side)
2min Dumbbell Farmer Carries
