4min Assault Bike 10/20 Tabata
X10 Kettlebell Swing to Squat
X20 Walking Lunges (10 each leg)
X40 Banded Side Strides (20 each way)
X10 Kettlebell Pull Throughs
X10 Ball Slams
X20 Dumbbell Step-Ups (10 each leg)
5min Treadmill Run

Finisher:
1min Wall Sit
