WOD: Outline

SIXFEET WODs are provided to supplement your training. This is a drop-in workout you can use to shake things up or predicate specific goals. This WOD is built by SIXFEET affiliate ‘Bravo Bravo’.

Continuous work for 60min:


Assault bike 4min 10/20 tabata
X20 Medicine ball push up (ball or DB under each hand)
X16 DB lunge to shoulder press
X1min overhead sandbag or DB walk (hold with both hands)
X12 seated on ground DB side laterals
X20 DB floor press
1min plank
X10 each arm single arm medicine ball slams
