40 Strides Banded Walk (20 forwards/20 backwards)
X20 Bulgarian Split Squats (10 each leg)
X20 Copenhagens (10 each leg)
X10 Dumbbell Overhead Squats
X20 Weighted Bridges
X20 Dumbbell Step-Ups (10 each leg)
X20 V-Ups
5min Treadmill Run
