WOD: Building Bridges

SIXFEET WODs are provided to supplement your training. This is a drop-in workout you can use to shake things up or predicate specific goals. This WOD is built by SIXFEET affiliate ‘Bravo Bravo’.

3 Rounds:

4min Assault Bike 10/20 Tabata
X10 Overhead Kettlebell Squats
X40 Banded Side Shuffles (20 each way)
X10 Box Jumps
X1min Plank
X20 Jumping Lunges (10 each leg)
X20 Kettlebell Swings
X20 Sandbag Bridges (any kind of weight works)
X5min Treadmill Run

Finisher:

X1min Wall Sit
X2min Bridge Static Hold
